Shipping Policy

United States shipping

For United States orders:

• Standard shipping: free on US orders over $29 (otherwise $8.95 at checkout).
• Handling: 1–2 business days before the carrier picks up the package.
• Transit: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• You receive a tracking email once the order ships.

Shipping costs are shown before payment in checkout. If a promotional free-shipping threshold applies, the cart and checkout totals show whether the order qualifies.

Fulfillment partners

Orders may ship from Hydromony's fulfillment partners.

Tracking

You receive a tracking email once the carrier accepts the shipment. You can also use the track order page with your order details.

International shipping

We may ship to other countries shown at checkout. International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges collected by the destination country or carrier. These charges are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows a delivery issue or your package arrives damaged, contact us through the contact page with your order number and tracking number.
