Returns
Hydromony accepts returns for both defective and non-defective TurboFlow 360 products shipped to customers in the United States.
Eligible returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days after delivery. Returned non-defective products must be new, unused, and in their original product condition.
Returns are handled by mail after support authorizes the request. Contact hello@hydromony.com with your order email before sending back any item, and use a trackable carrier for the return package.
Hydromony does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns. Customers pay the actual return shipping cost for non-defective returns unless support confirms a different resolution for a defective or incorrect item.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 days after the returned item is received and inspected, although card issuer timing can vary.
