We offer a 30-day return window after delivery for new, unused products in original packaging. Defective or damaged items are also eligible for return or exchange.
Eligibility
- Product must be new, unused, and in original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Exchanges are available — contact us to arrange one.
How to start a return
Email hello@hydromony.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.
Return shipping
- Return method: by mail.
- Return label: customer responsibility — you arrange and pay for return postage unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Non-defective returns: you pay the actual return shipping cost.
- Restocking fee: none.
Refund processing
We inspect returns after receipt. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@hydromony.com and we will make it right.
