Shipping
Orders ship from our fulfillment partners. For United States orders:
- Standard shipping: Hydromony Standard Shipping — free on orders $29+.
- Handling: 1–2 business days before the carrier picks up the package.
- Transit: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- You receive a tracking email once the order ships.
We may also ship to other countries shown at checkout. International orders may incur customs duties and import fees paid by the buyer.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window after delivery. See our dedicated return policy for full details.
Summary:
- New, unused products in original packaging are eligible.
- Returns are by mail; return labels are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
- Non-defective returns: customer pays actual return shipping.
- No restocking fee.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
