We offer a 30-day return window after delivery for new, unused products in original packaging. Defective or damaged items are also eligible for return or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Product must be new, unused, and in original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Exchanges are available. Contact us to arrange one.

How to start a return

Sign in and open the order in Your orders, then use the order's return or cancellation request action. If you checked out as a guest, cannot access the order, or need help, use our contact page with your order number and reason for the request.

Wait for approval and return instructions before mailing anything. Approved mail returns receive a prepaid label.

Return shipping

  • Return method: by mail.
  • Return label: after your return is approved, we provide a prepaid mailing label and return instructions.
  • Return shipping: Hydromony pays for the approved prepaid return label, including eligible non-defective returns.
  • Restocking fee: none.

Refund processing

We inspect returns after receipt. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately via the contact page and we will make it right.
