We are company based in Thailand with warehouses in both United States and Australia.
What is the origin behind the name Hydromony?
The name Hydromony is a combination of the words Hydro and Harmony! Furthermore, we believe everyone deserves a more enjoyable bath, and our goal is to bring harmony to your bathroom with our product offering.

What is the difference between the Hydromony shower head and other shower heads?
Well, we are glad you asked! The Hydromony shower head is a revolutionary product that is designed to provide a more enjoyable shower experience with massage jets that are designed to stimulate the body and mind. The Hydromony shower head also has a unique design that allows you to adjust the water flow to your liking as well as filter out impurities in the water. All in all, the Hydromony shower head is a great product that will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated after every shower - and it is also of great benefit to the environment!

Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
We generally dispatch products within 5 days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email update to notify you that your product is on its way to you.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns within 14 days. For any issues with our products, please contact us immediately at hello@hydromony.com or via live chat.
Orders & Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We make use of Stripe as our payment processor for secure payments. We currently support VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay and AMEX.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. You will also receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You may also check the tracking page on our store once you have placed an order to track your order by yourself.
