Shipping
Hydromony currently accepts public storefront orders for delivery within the United States. Orders ship from our fulfillment partners.
- Standard shipping: free on US orders of $29 or more (otherwise $8.95 at checkout).
- Handling: 1–2 business days before the carrier picks up the package.
- Transit: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- You receive a tracking email once the order ships.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return window after delivery. See our dedicated return policy for full details.
Summary:
- New, unused products in original packaging are eligible.
- Returns are by mail using the prepaid label supplied after approval.
- Hydromony pays for approved return-label postage.
- No restocking fee.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
