Coverage period

Hydromony products purchased from this storefront are covered against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for one year from delivery to the original purchaser. This limited warranty is separate from the 30-day return policy.

What is not covered

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic changes that do not affect function, consumable filter refills, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, improper installation, failure to follow care instructions, or damage caused by plumbing conditions outside the product's stated requirements.

Making a claim

Use our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video where helpful. We may ask for additional information reasonably needed to evaluate the claim. Do not ship a product until we provide instructions.

Remedy

For a valid claim, we may repair the product, replace it with the same or a reasonably equivalent product, or refund the affected product, as appropriate and subject to applicable law. Approved warranty return shipping will be handled according to the instructions we provide.

Consumer rights

This limited warranty gives you specific contractual rights. It does not replace or reduce rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
