These terms apply to purchases from Night Reef LLC trading as Hydromony through this storefront. By placing an order, you confirm that you can enter into a purchase contract and that the information you provide is accurate.
Products, pricing, and availability
Product descriptions, prices, available delivery methods, taxes, discounts, and the order total are presented before payment. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly by display. We may correct an obvious error or decline an order that cannot be fulfilled; if payment has already been captured for a declined order, it will be refunded.
Order acceptance and payment
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. We accept the order when we confirm it for fulfillment or shipment, subject to applicable law. Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout.
Delivery
Current delivery scope, estimates, tracking, and handling information are described in our shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Returns and refunds
Our return policy explains the 30-day eligibility window, product-condition requirements, return shipping, and refund timing. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Limited warranty
Eligible products include a limited one-year warranty for covered manufacturing defects, as described in our warranty policy. Statutory rights may provide additional protection.
