United States shipping

Hydromony currently accepts public storefront orders for delivery within the United States.

  • Standard shipping: free on US orders of $29 or more (otherwise $8.95 at checkout).
  • Handling: 1–2 business days before the carrier picks up the package.
  • Transit: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • You receive a tracking email once the order ships.

Shipping costs are shown before payment in checkout. If a promotional free-shipping threshold applies, the cart and checkout totals show whether the order qualifies.

Fulfillment partners

Orders may ship from Hydromony's fulfillment partners.

Tracking

You receive a tracking email once the carrier accepts the shipment. You can also use the track shipment page with your tracking number.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows a delivery issue or your package arrives damaged, contact us through the contact page with your order number and tracking number.
